Licensed Professional Counselor

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group counseling services using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

• Deliver compassionate, culturally competent care to clients of all ages, backgrounds, and gender identities.

• Build and maintain a strong client caseload through quality care and professional referrals.

• Collaborate with fellow clinicians to ensure continuity of care and positive client outcomes.

• Maintain compliance with state licensing regulations, ethical standards, and HIPAA requirements.

• Participate in monthly team meetings and contribute to a collaborative clinical environment.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records and progress notes.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of practice.

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.

• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills.

• Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families is preferred.

• Interest or experience in relationship counseling, play therapy, trauma-informed care, or family therapy is a plus.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
