What You'll Do:
- Partner with the General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations
- Coach, train, and develop team members to achieve service and performance goals
- Support front- and back-of-house execution while maintaining brand standards
- Help manage labor, food costs, inventory, and overall profitability
- Create a positive team culture focused on hospitality and accountability
- Step into a leadership role by motivating others and leading by example
What We're Looking For:
- 2–4 years of restaurant management or leadership experience
- Strong ability to coach, motivate, and develop a team
- Hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality
- Experience supporting restaurant financials, cost controls, and operational goals
