Job Description
We are thrilled to present a fantastic opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Obstetrics & Gynecology physician to become part of a well-established practice in Mason City, Iowa.
Practice Overview- Dynamic Practice Environment: Join a busy practice with immediate patient volume.
- Flexible Scheduling: Options for both full-time and part-time positions are available.
- Collaborative Team: Work alongside three OBGYNs and one Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP).
- On-Call Requirements: Approximately five days of call per month.
- Modern Facilities: Newly renovated clinic situated on the main campus, conveniently located near labor & delivery, lab, pharmacy, and radiology, with access to Perinatology consultations.
- Operating Room Availability: Dedicated block time for OB/GYN surgeries five days a week, including robotic surgery options.
- Neonatal Care: Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) staffed 24/7 by Pediatric Hospitalists and NICU Nurses, with an on-site blood bank.
- In-House Specialists: Access to various specialists for consultation and collaboration, including Cardiology, Orthopedics, and Anesthesiology.
- Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible, with certification required within three years of eligibility.

We offer a competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package for the right candidate, which includes:
- Income Guarantee: A two-year income guarantee of $400,000 per year, plus productivity incentives (for full-time positions).
- Bonus Package: A $250,000 bonus for full-time roles.
- Relocation Assistance: Moving allowance of up to $15,000 (for full-time).
- PTO: 34 days of paid time off (PTO) when on base; 40 days when on production (for full-time).
- Continuing Medical Education: Annual CME allowance of $5,500.
