Pay: $16.50 No Experience Required
We're looking for dependable and detail-oriented Assembly Technicians to join a growing manufacturing team in Newark, NY. If you enjoy working with your hands, reading blueprints, and building quality products in a fast-paced environment or If you would like to LEARN a skill we'd love to hear from you!
ResponsibilitiesAssemble mechanical components and subassemblies according to work instructions and blueprints.
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and assembly instructions.
Position, fit, and adjust interrelated parts with precision.
Perform testing and inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
Complete coil winding, soldering, first-stage subassemblies, and final detailing as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures.
Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives to improve productivity and reduce waste.
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Experience with hand tools, soldering, or mechanical assembly is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.

Pay Details: $16.50 per hour
