\n - Work Dates Needed: As soon as credentialed thru 9/30/2026 with potential for extension
\n - Preferred Schedule: 8-5 Mon-Fri
\n - Worksite Setting: Outpatient - freestanding clinic
\n - Scope of Work: Treat both scheduled and walk-in work-related injuries and urgent care patients in an outpatient clinic setting
\n - Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: active, unrestricted WA license, Board Cert, DEA, BLS, DOT Cert required
\n - EMR: Allscripts
\n - Pay Rate Preferred: $85-90/hr.
