Job Description
\n - Work Dates Needed: Ongoing 6+ shifts per month
\n - Preferred Schedule: Flexible Schedule. 9am to 7pm and 3pm to 12am
\n - Worksite Setting: Inpatient, 74-bed acute care hospital, 84-bed skilled nursing facility, Annual ED Volume: 21,000 visits, ED Beds: 21.
\n - Scope of Work: Nurse Practitioner Emergency Medicine.
\n - Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active NY RN License, Active New York Nurse Practitioner License, ACLS (American Heart Association), PALS (American Heart Association), DEA registration with New York address and schedules II, IIN, III, IIIN, IV, and V, Current NCCPA certification, Current Family Nurse Practitioner certification through AANP or ANCC.
\n - EMR: Meditech
\n - Pay Rate Preferred: $100 per hour
