Nurse Practitioner

Position Overview:

• Start date: ASAP

• Standard: 4 day

• Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions
\n
• Develop and implement patient care plans
\n
• Prescribe medications and treatments (as authorized)
\n
• Provide patient education and preventive care
\n
• Work independently or collaboratively within a care team
\n

Job Requirements:

\n
• Master’s or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
\n
• Requirements: Are Board Certifications Required: Yes, NCCPA or BC-NP with RNFA certification
\n
• Certifications Required (BLS / ACLS / etc.): BLS, ACLS
\n
• Specific Skills Required: EVH (endoscopic vein harvesting) for coronary artery bypass procedures, first assist in cardiovascular and vascular surgical cases, provide intraoperative support to surgeons, collaborate with multidisciplinary OR and CV teams.
\n
• CSR Required: Yes, OK OBN
\n
• DEA Required: Yes
  \n Minimum Experience Req’d (# of years): 2 years
