Job Description
Team Lead (2nd Shift)
Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: MondayFriday, 2:00 PM 12:30 AM
Location: Midlothian, TX 76065
Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and organized Team Lead to support daily production operations in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for coordinating production activities, maintaining accurate documentation, monitoring workflow, and assisting the Production Supervisor to ensure efficient and compliant operations.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor daily production and assist with workflow in the Supervisor's absence.
Maintain production records, batch documentation, and inventory logs.
Order and track production supplies and materials.
Verify product information and lot numbers for production.
Complete FDA-required batch records and production reports.
Distribute HR forms and assist with administrative tasks, reports, and special projects.
Coordinate with supply personnel to ensure production needs are met.
Maintain a clean, safe work area while following GMP and company safety guidelines.
Assist with physical inventory and perform production support duties as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
13 months of related manufacturing or administrative experience preferred.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and database systems.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a manufacturing environment.
Work Environment
This position is based in a manufacturing facility with moderate noise levels and requires standing, walking, and occasional lifting throughout the shift. Candidates must be comfortable working around production equipment while following all safety and GMP procedures.
