WesLor Enterprises is seeking a skilled and dependable Welder/Fabricator to join our growing team. Since the founding of the company, we have built a reputation for quality craftsmanship, innovative fabrication solutions, and exceptional customer service. Our team works on a wide variety of custom metal fabrication projects for customers across multiple industries.
As a Welder/Fabricator, you will be responsible for reading blueprints, fabricating and welding metal components, and ensuring finished products meet the client’s high standards for quality and precision.
ResponsibilitiesPerform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
Fabricate, fit, and assemble custom metal components.
Measure, cut, grind, and prepare materials for welding.
Inspect completed welds for quality, strength, and accuracy.
Operate fabrication equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
Work collaboratively with shop personnel to complete projects on time.
Previous welding and fabrication experience preferred.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Experience using measuring tools and fabrication equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
Reliable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude.
Welding certifications are a plus but not required.
Work in a modern, state-of-the-art fabrication facility.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $25.00 per hour
