• Work 24-hour shifts starting at 7 AM, which includes 8 hours of rounding followed by 16 hours on-call.
• Adhere to a per diem schedule.
• Provide coverage for Level II and Level III NICU.

• NRP certification is mandatory.
• Current APRN national specialty certification is required.
• A minimum of 1 year of NNP experience in a hospital environment is essential.
• A Master’s degree is required.
