EVS Technician

JOB DESCRIPTION

One of the largest healthcare organizations in Arizona is looking to bring on Staff members to join the Environmental Linen Services team. We are looking a team member that has a willingness to learn, dependable, and work their way to becoming a permanent staff member. Comfortable working in a hospital/healthcare environment, and willingness to training to learn how to properly work in this facility is required.

Position will be 4x 10 shifts; hours will be 6A - 4:30P with a 30-minute lunch break.

There are 2 positions available, each position is responsible for supporting either Zone 4 (Gilbert /Santan Valley) or Float (entire valley).

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- 3 years' experience in a professional work environment – Food Services, Hospitality, Customer Service
- Ability to provide references and discuss any employment less than 3 months in tenure
- Great customer service skills and ability to interact with hospital staff
- Comfortable around blood and other bodily fluids
- Have reliable transportation to get to work and comfortable with the commute to the facility
- Have the willingness to be trained
- Ability to pass a Background and Drug Test
- Ability to work weekends and major holidays
