Restaurant Manager – Waldorf, MD

Salary: Up to $70,000 Base + Performance Bonus

We're looking for an energetic Restaurant Manager to help lead daily operations, inspire the team, and deliver memorable dining experiences. This position offers a 5-day work week with only one closing shift per week, providing an excellent work-life balance while offering outstanding growth opportunities.

What You'll Do:

• Lead daily front- and back-of-house operations alongside the General Manager
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service
• Drive food quality, operational consistency, and guest satisfaction
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and team development
• Manage labor, food costs, and operational efficiencies to achieve financial goals
• Maintain the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety
• Resolve guest concerns professionally while creating loyal, repeat customers

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Experience with labor management, food cost controls, and daily operations
• ServSafe certification preferred
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
