\n - Setting: employee health clinic
\n - Dates: ASAP – Dec 31 working M-F days
\n - Schedule: M 6a-6p, T 6a-6p, W 6a-4p, Th 8a-4p, F 6a-4p
\n - Scope: primary care for all ages, DOT Physicals
\n - Daily volume: 7-10
\n - Support: 1 other provider and 3 MAs
\n - EMR: EPIC and MDScripts
\n - Requirements: Active PA lic, DOT, DEA, BLS
