Assembler - 1st and 2nd Shift

Location: Lafayette, IN
Pay: $18–$18.50/hr
Shift: 1st and 2nd Shift openings
Schedule: Monday–Friday

A Lafayette manufacturing company is hiring Assemblers for temp-to-hire openings on 1st and 2nd shift.

This is a good fit if you have manufacturing, production, or assembly experience and want to build hands-on electrical assembly skills. In this role, you’ll help assemble, inspect, and produce electrical components and wiring products.

Overtime opportunities are available.

Schedules include:
\n • 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM
\n • 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–2:00 AM

Assembler duties include:
\n • Assemble electrical components and wiring products
\n • Follow work instructions for assembly tasks
\n • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
\n • Keep your work area clean and safe

Assembler Requirements:
\n • 6 months of manufacturing, production, or assembly experience preferred
\n • Able to pass a basic math assessment
\n • Able to pass a color identification test
\n • Able to work overtime when needed
\n • Able to maintain good attendance
