Warehouse Worker (8AM-5PM) - RC

We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals for the position of Warehouse Worker (1st Shift) located in Midland Texas 79706 with $25.00/hour pay for a 12-month temp opportunity. This role involves constant physical movement, including operating a forklift while loading and unloading freight, as well as handling picking, packing, and receiving duties. O&G industry experience is a plus. Must have related experience and ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 20 lbs, and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. APPY NOW!

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Dress Code: Steel Toe Boots required (along with standard warehouse safety gear)

What You’ll Do:

• Operate a forklift to safely load and unload freight.
• Perform picking, packing, and receiving duties efficiently.
• Utilize hand tools and measurement tools as required.
• Apply basic mechanical skills to daily warehouse tasks.
• Read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, memos, and basic written communications.
• Maintain a safe and dependable work ethic in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have previous experience with picking, packing, receiving, and forklift operation.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 20 lbs, and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, noisy environment requiring constant movement.
• Basic math skills and basic PC skills.
• Mechanical skills and basic written communication skills.
• Hard-working, timely, efficient, and safety-conscious.
