We are excited to invite you to become a part of our dynamic practice, which is currently experiencing high patient volume. You will collaborate with a team of three physicians and four advanced registered nurse practitioners (ARNPs) in a traditional outpatient family medicine setting, with the option to engage in obstetrics.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:

• A lucrative signing bonus of $150,000.
• A two-year income guarantee of $290,191 annually.
• A relocation allowance of up to $15,000.
• Comprehensive benefits, including malpractice insurance and tail coverage.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must:

• Have graduated from an accredited medical or osteopathic medical school.
• Have completed a relevant residency program demonstrating competency as a physician.
• Be board certified or board eligible.
• Be eligible for medical staff privileges at our facility.
• Possess strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Hold or be eligible for a physician license in the State of Iowa, as well as an Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and a Federal DEA Certificate.
