Position Overview

• Deliver direct primary care services within an office environment.
• Minimal on-call responsibilities, primarily involving phone coverage shared among colleagues.
• Most locations utilize a Nurse Advice Line for initial call triage and filtering.
• Collaborate with and oversee Advanced Practice Providers.
• Utilize Epic EMR for online diagnostics, including PACS imaging and lab results.

Professional Qualifications

• Board certified or board eligible.
• A team-oriented approach with a focus on personalized patient care and demonstrable clinical outcomes.
