\n*ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: *\n

\nManagement of commercial litigation matters from initial intake all the way through to a successful resolution, including discovery, motion practice, arbitration, trial and/or appeals.\n

\n*Description:*\n

\n* Review and analyze client documents\n
\n* Legal research and preparation of complex analysis to support litigation\n
\n* Preparation of pleadings and other legal correspondence, discovery, substantive motions, case evaluation statements, legal memoranda\n
\n* Conduct discovery; take and defend depositions\n
\n* Prepare for and attend arbitration hearings, trials\n
\n* Guide clients by providing strategic direction on their cases\n
\n* Keep clients updated.\n
\n
\nPay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year\n
