Work Dates Needed: 7/1/2025 - 6/30/2026, with 4 additional 1 year option periods\n
\nPreferred Schedule: 12 Hour- 7 AM to 7 PM weekends and federal Holidays (main emphasis), 7 AM to 7PM weekdays, 7 PM to 7 AM week ends, weekdays, and federal Holidays (if needed). 10 Hour - 7AM to 5 PM weekdays. 8 Hour - 7AM to 3 PM weekdays\n
\nScope of Work: General, Cardio, Ortho, ENT, Neuro, Vascular, Pain, Podiatry, Uro, IR, and Plastics\n
\nLicenses, Certifications, Requirements: Minimum 2 year's experience as a CRNA with no gaps longer than 4 months. Any state license, Board Certification by National Board for Certification & Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists, BLS and ACLS \n
