Location: Richmond, VA
Schedule:Primary shift: Saturday, between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Employees will typically work an 8-hour scheduled shift within this timeframe.
Additional Friday shifts may be available based on business needs and event schedules.
Pay: $18.00 hourly
Position OverviewWe are seeking dependable and customer-focused individuals to support retail operations in a fast-paced environment. Team members will assist guests, process purchases, and help create a positive shopping experience while maintaining professional service standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and provide friendly, attentive assistance.
Help guests locate products and answer basic questions.
Complete sales transactions using electronic checkout equipment.
Handle cash and other forms of payment accurately.
Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly work area.
Provide professional and courteous service throughout each shift.
Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and supervisors.
Previous experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, or sales is a plus.
Experience operating registers, POS systems, or handling cash is beneficial.
Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
