Years of Experience: 7-10 years

Other qualifications:

• Experience taking and defending depositions - depositions of parties, fact witnesses, and experts

• Trial experience: first chair trial experience on commercial matters (parties suing one another concerning contracts, business disputes, etc.) (plaintiff or defendant)

• A commitment to work within our Frisco office - living nearby is a plus; this is not a remote role

• Experience in Texas state court; some federal court work is helpful, but not a requirement

• Licensed in Texas

• Experience working directly with business clients

• Labor & employment experience a plus, but not required
