Practice Details

• Collaborative Team: Join a vibrant group of 6 experienced physicians and 4 advanced practice providers, fostering a collegial atmosphere.
• Balanced Call Schedule: Enjoy a manageable 1:6 call rotation, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
• High-Volume Practice: Engage in approximately 1,200 deliveries each year, providing extensive clinical experience.
• Advanced Neonatal Care: Collaborate with CHOP-affiliated providers in our Level II NICU, ensuring exceptional care for newborns.
• Integrated Midwife Services: Work alongside our dedicated Midwife Clinic, with OB physicians rotating weekly for continuity of care.

Requirements

• Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• A strong interest in providing a balanced mix of obstetric and gynecologic care, including surgical procedures.
• Proven clinical excellence and exceptional communication skills.
• A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality, team-oriented care in a collaborative setting.
• New or recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Starting Compensation: $375,000.
