Job Description
ENS Electric is seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician with a minimum of 2 plus years of licensed, journeyman-level experience to join our team in West Olive. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both residential and commercial electrical systems. Experience with generator installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting is highly preferred.\n

\n*Key Responsibilities:*\n
\n
\n* Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, equipment, and fixtures in both residential and commercial environments.\n
\n* Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair.\n
\n* Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and Michigan state/local regulations.\n
\n* Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.\n
\n* Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.\n
\n* Install and service residential and commercial standby generator systems (preferred).\n
\n
\n*Qualifications:*\n
\n
\n* Valid Journeyman Electrician License (State of Michigan).\n
\n* Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a licensed Journeyman Electrician.\n
\n* Proven experience working in both commercial and residential electrical environments.\n
\n* Strong working knowledge of the NEC and local electrical codes.\n
\n* Experience with generator systems is a major plus.\n
\n* Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.\n
\n* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.\n
\n* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\n
\n
\nPay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour\n
