Job Summary
A local home builder in Greer, SC is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the residential construction sales process in a temp-to-hire role. This is a great opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys working with homebuyers, sales teams, and construction professionals in a collaborative, design-oriented environment.
The Sales Coordinator will play an important support role in helping customers move through the planning, selection, and sales process with confidence. This position is ideal for someone who is adaptable, highly organized, quick to learn, and comfortable working independently while contributing to a team that takes pride in helping homeowners design and build custom homes.

Responsibilities
- Assist sales team members with lead cultivation, follow-up activity, and general sales process support.
- Meet and greet customers during in-person visits, phone calls, and other customer interactions.
- Support customers with interior design selections and help create a positive homebuying experience.
- Maintain finish samples, design materials, and model home appearance.
- Help streamline sales coordination tasks to improve efficiency and support sales team success.
- Work closely with residential construction professionals to provide organized, responsive customer service.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Support residential construction sales activity, customer communication, and lead follow-up.
- Assist customers with interior design selections and sales process coordination.
- Maintain model appearance, finish samples, and customer-facing materials.
- Provide strong customer service that helps the sales team succeed.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and a professional, welcoming communication style.
- Ability to work well with a team of sales and residential construction professionals.
- Comfortable working with limited supervision and taking initiative.
- Ability to learn quickly and follow through with minimal instruction.
- Strong adaptability, organization, and attention to detail.
- Must understand and be able to work the required weekday and Saturday schedule.
Compensation and Benefits
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Pay: $22.00 per hour during the temp-to-hire period.
- Schedule: Weekdays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- The Sales Coordinator may select a second day off during the week between Tuesday and Friday.
- One Saturday off per month is provided.
