Pay Rate: $17.00 - $21.00/hour (higher compensation may be considered for highly qualified candidates)
Job Type: Temp -to-Hire
Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m
Job Summary
Adecco is currently recruiting for an experienced Service Coordinator to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background, previous service advisor experience, and a solid understanding of vehicle repair and maintenance processes. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, computer proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The Service Consultant will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting with service scheduling, answering repair-related questions, and ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers professionally and provide exceptional customer service.
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Schedule service appointments and manage repair timelines.
Communicate repair recommendations, service needs, and updates to customers.
Input and maintain accurate customer and vehicle information within the company system.
Coordinate with technicians and service staff to ensure efficient workflow.
Address customer concerns and assist with problem resolution.
Maintain detailed and accurate service records.
Support operational efficiency through process improvement initiatives.
Assist with the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) when needed.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Service Advisor required.
Strong knowledge of vehicle repair and maintenance services.
Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Proficient with computer systems and data entry.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Professional, friendly, and accommodating demeanor.
Experience developing or improving SOPs is preferred.

Proven ability to build strong customer relationships.
Experience handling high-volume phone and customer interactions.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain accuracy under pressure.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
Higher compensation may be available for exceptionally qualified candidates.

Candidate Requirements
Only candidates with prior Service Advisor experience, strong customer service skills, repair knowledge, excellent communication abilities, and advanced computer proficiency will be considered.
Pay Details: $17.00 to $21.00 per hour
