What You'll Do:
- Lead all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including service, staffing, and execution
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members to achieve outstanding performance
- Create a positive team culture focused on hospitality, accountability, and success
- Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
- Manage labor, inventory, and operational costs to maximize profitability
- Build relationships with guests and continue strengthening the restaurant's community presence
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or strong restaurant leader
- Experience managing high-volume quick service or fast casual operations preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Knowledge of labor management, food costs, and daily restaurant operations
