Adecco is hiring multiple full-time Customer Service Agents to join a dynamic and growing team in Lansing, MI. We currently have a significant number of openings across several shifts and are looking for customer-focused individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding service. The payrate for these roles are $19.00/hr.

As a Customer Service Agent, you'll play an important role in supporting customers, resolving questions, and ensuring every interaction is a positive one. Available Shifts
  • Shift 1: 7:00 AM ET to 3:30 PM ET

  • Shift 2: 12:00 PM ET to 8:30 PM ET

  • Shift 3: 3:00 PM ET to 11:30 PM ET

We have multiple openings available across all shifts, so whether you're an early riser or prefer evenings, we'd love to connect with you.

What You'll Do
  • Provide information and process inquiries about accounts, products, and services.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to computer, tablet, and cell phone applications.

  • Handle inbound calls, real-time chat, emails, and make outgoing calls.

  • Communicate special marketing offers to VIP customers.

  • Offer feedback on service failures or customer feedback.

  • Uphold customer confidentiality and company values.

  • Stay updated on protocols and work toward daily performance goals of 70 contacts.

  • Maintain SLAs for chats and phone inquiries with response times under 45 seconds.

What We're Looking For
  • 0-2 years of inbound or customer support call center experience preferred.

  • Must be at least 21 years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

  • Flexibility with work schedules.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule with reliable internet and pass an internet speed test.

  • Ability to travel to the office for at least 50% of scheduled shifts.

  • Must be camera-ready while working.

  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs, and the ability to type at least 90 WPM.

  • Experience troubleshooting computers, smartphones, and tablets.

  • Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent grammar, typing, and data entry skills.

  • Ability to work independently with initiative and sound judgment.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Previous technical support experience is a plus.

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
