\n On Behalf of Arup, we are looking for a Senior MEP BIM Modeller for a 3 month contract based in London or Remote

Candidate Profile: Key accountabilities, skills & experience

Purpose of the role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior MEP BIM Designer to support the delivery of a major commercial development project. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will play a key role in BIM coordination, model management, and the production of high-quality MEP designs.

• Lead and coordinate MEP BIM activities across the project.
\n
• Manage and maintain project models in line with BIM standards.
\n
• Support design reviews and multidisciplinary coordination.
\n
• Produce and develop MEP models and drawings using Revit.
\n
• Coordinate services using Revit and Navisworks.
\n
• Work closely with engineers and project managers to deliver project requirements.
\n
• Support collaboration through digital delivery platforms.
\n

• Experience within building services consultancy or contracting.
\n
• Strong Revit MEP and Navisworks skills.
\n
• Experience managing BIM models and coordinating project teams.
\n
• Good understanding of BIM standards, including ISO 19650.
\n
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and public health services.
\n
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
\n
• Ability to work across multiple projects and meet deadlines.
\n
