Salary:£20,000 + uncapped commission + company benefits
Hours:Monday Saturday day off in the week Sunday on rota

What Youll Do as a Sales Executive:

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry to handover
\n
• Communicating with customers via email, telephone and in person
\n
• Guide customers through the full sales process with a consultative, helpful approach
\n
• Sell both new and used vehicles
\n
• Meet and exceed sales targets through excellent product knowledge and rapport-building
\n
• Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives
\n
• Work collaboratively with the sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
\n

What Were Looking For:

• Previous experience in car sales or a similar retail/customer service role
\n
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships
\n
• A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a drive to succeed
\n
• A full UK driving licence is essential
\n
