\nJob Title: Occupational Therapist
\nLocation: South West London
\nSalary: Up to £50,000 FTE, dependent on experience
\nHours: 37.5 hours per week, with flexible working across 5 days (Monday to Friday)
\nContract: Permanent, with 52-week, summer contract and part-time options available. The summer contract offers five weeks off during the summer break plus 22 days annual leave.

\nAbout the role
\nYoull work mainly in school settings, with some clinic-based and remote opportunities where appropriate. As an Occupational Therapist, youll help unlock children and young peoples potential by assessing EHCP-related needs, delivering specialist interventions and supporting therapy goals to become part of everyday life.
\nIn this role, youll:
\nAssess children and young peoples developmental and learning needs, including those linked to Education, Health and Care Plans.
\nDevelop, deliver and review individualised occupational therapy intervention plans.
\nWork with parents, carers, teaching teams and multi-disciplinary colleagues to embed therapy goals into daily life.
\nEquip key adults with practical strategies, evaluate impact, maintain accurate documentation and contribute to multi-disciplinary meetings.
\nIts a varied role where youll balance assessment, intervention, consultation and collaboration, while making a visible difference to children, families and school teams every day.
\nWhat youll need

- HCPC and RCOT registration \n
- Undergraduate or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy \n
It would be great if you also bring
\nPaediatric occupational therapy experience, ideally in school-based or specialist settings
\nExperience completing assessments for Education, Health and Care Plans
\nExperience supporting children and young people with SEMH, complex or developmental needs
\nSpecialist CPD, trauma-informed practice or other relevant training
