Paraplanner Wealth ManagementStamford, Lincolnshire | Monday to Friday, 9:00am5:15pm | Competitive salary dependent on experienceAre you an experienced Paraplanner looking to join a professional, supportive and growing wealth management team?RecruitME is recruiting for a Paraplanner to join an established financial services business based in Stamford.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong technical knowledge who can prepare high-quality Suitability Reports and support new and existing client business across investments, pensions, trusts and inheritance tax planning.You will work closely with Independent Financial Advisers, senior colleagues and compliance professionals, helping to deliver accurate, efficient and fully compliant financial planning solutions.Whats in it for you?Competitive salary dependent on experiencePermanent, full-time positionMonday-to-Friday working hoursProfessional and supportive working environmentBroad exposure across pensions, investments, trusts and IHT planningSupport towards professional qualificationsOpportunities for long-term development and progressionComprehensive employee benefits packageThe roleAs Paraplanner, you will join the Wealth Management Support Team and report to the Compliance Manager and Head of Support.Your responsibilities will include:Preparing clear, accurate and compliant Suitability ReportsProcessing new and existing investment and pension businessSupporting cases involving trusts and inheritance tax planningAssisting with protection and equity release business where requiredPreparing annual client reviewsUsing cash-flow modelling tools to support financial planning recommendationsMaintaining accurate and up-to-date records on the case management systemLiaising with clients, product providers and industry professionalsEnsuring all work complies with FCA regulations, internal procedures and best practiceSupporting Independent Financial Advisers with technical and administrative workWorking closely with the Compliance Manager and Money Laundering Reporting OfficerCompleting project-based work as requiredEnsuring the clients interests remain at the heart of every recommendationAbout youYou will already have relevant experience within wealth management, financial planning or an IFA environment and be confident preparing Suitability Reports.You should have good knowledge of several of the following areas:PensionsInvestmentsInvestment bondsTrustsInheritance tax planningProtectionEquity releaseYou will ideally be Diploma-qualified or currently working towards a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning.Experience using Intelligent Office, IRESS The Exchange or cash-flow forecasting software would be beneficial.You will also need:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong report-writing abilityHigh levels of accuracy and attention to detailGood technical and analytical skillsA strong understanding of financial services complianceThe ability to manage deadlines and competing prioritiesConfidence dealing with clients, advisers and providersHigh levels of integrity, discretion and confidentialityA proactive and positive approachStrong Microsoft Office skillsA full UK driving licence and access to a vehicleA relevant degree in finance, economics or law would be advantageous but is not essential where you can demonstrate strong industry experience.Why join?You will be joining an established and highly regarded professional services business with a strong reputation for client care, technical excellence and employee development.The business offers a supportive and collaborative environment where professional qualifications are encouraged, high standards are recognised and employees are given the opportunity to build long-term careers.Apply today to take the next step in your paraplanning career.TPBN1_UKTJ
