Were now looking for an experienced Air Source Heat Pump Service & Repair Engineer to join our growing Somerset team and help us deliver reliable, energy-efficient heating solutions to homes across the region.If youre passionate about renewable technology, enjoy solving technical challenges, and take pride in delivering excellent customer service, wed love to hear from you.What Youll Be DoingYoull be responsible for the safe, efficient servicing, fault-finding and repair of Air Source Heat Pump systems in domestic properties, ensuring systems run at their best and customers receive a first-class experience.Key ResponsibilitiesService, diagnose and repair Air Source Heat Pumps and associated heating controlsWork in line with health & safety legislation, statutory regulations, manufacturer guidance and company processesDeliver a high-quality, professional experience in occupied residential propertiesEffectively manage your own workload, appointments and productivityComplete job records, reports and parts requests accurately using company systemsAct as a professional ambassador for PH Jones at all timesProactively identify system improvements, additional works or safety issuesParticipate in the out-of-hours call-out rota when requiredWhat We OfferCompetitive PackageSalary : up to £45,000 subject to experience and qualificationsFull-time, permanent contractAnnual pay review plus profit share schemeFully costed company van and fuel cardExceptional BenefitsEmployee energy allowance and exclusive discounts on HIVE productsCompany pension scheme25 days annual leave + bank holidaysFull sick pay after successful probationPlus much more!About YouYoure a skilled, customer-focused engineer who can work independently and confidently in residential environments.Essential Experience & SkillsProven experience servicing and repairing Air Source Heat Pump systemsStrong understanding of low-temperature heating systems and controlsElectrical fault-finding skills relevant to heating systemsExperience working in occupied domestic propertiesAbility to manage workload independently and meet productivity targetsKnowledge of domestic renewable heating regulationsStrong customer service mindset in a field-based roleAwareness of health, safety and compliance requirementsMCS awarenessExperience with control systems including weather compensation, zoning and hybrid systemsQualifications & CertificationsLevel 3 Heat Pump qualification (or equivalent)Unvented Hot Water qualification (G3)F-Gas certification - desirable18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671) desirableACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1) desirableMinimum 2 years post-qualification experienceFull UK driving licence (no more than 6 points)Right to work in the UKBe Part of Something BiggerBy joining PH Jones, youll be part of a team thats revolutionising how we heat our homes and helping to build a more sustainable future.Apply today and power your career with purpose.TPBN1_UKTJ
