Interim Assistant Headteacher x2, Special Needs SchoolWe are recruiting on behalf of a special needs school in Dorset. As the school expands its senior leadership team ahead of the new academic year, two Interim Assistant Headteacher positions have arisen, each leading across approximately half the school alongside an existing Assistant Headteacher.Role One: Curriculum, Teaching & LearningLead curriculum, teaching, learning and assessment across your phase of the school. Drive curriculum quality, assessment and data-informed school improvement. Coach and develop teaching staff.Role Two: Pastoral & InclusionLead pastoral provision, inclusion, safeguarding and family engagement across your phase. Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead for your area.
