Hours Monday to Friday 8.00am 5pm with a rotational weekend rota (1 in 4)Due to increased business growth an opportunity has arisen for a Scheduler to join our operations team at our FM centre in Bury.Your Role as a Scheduler:To plan and route engineers by job prioritisation efficiently.Maximising productivity by minimising travel.To advise our customers of the estimated time of arrival of the engineerTo work within our service level agreementsAnswer calls promptly and professionallyThe successful candidate for a Scheduler:Previous experience as a scheduler with an administration backgroundPrevious geographical routing experienceGood communicator, with excellent verbal communication skillsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailHave the ability to multi task and juggle last minute changesFamiliarity with call-handling softwareGood level of computer literacyCompany InformationWho are we?Millers Vanguard are proud to have been supporting all the UKs Supermarket chains for over 40 years, in brief, we are the people in the background ensuring that supermarkets keep the Nation fed!
