Role: Health and Safety Coordinator
\n Location: Sittingbourne
\n Hours Monday Friday 8:30am-5pm
\n Salary: £27,070 per annum

An excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in Health & Safety. Working closely with the Health & Safety Manager and operational teams, you will help maintain a safe working environment, support compliance activities, monitor safety performance, and contribute to a positive safety culture across the site.

The role:

Conduct site safety inspections and audits

Monitor incidents and corrective actions through EcoOnline

Support accident investigations and risk assessments

Assist with Health & Safety inductions and communications

Manage PPE records and compliance documentation

Provide administrative support to Health & Safety, Training and Facilities teams

About you:

A genuine interest in Health & Safety

Strong communication and organisational skills

Good IT and administrative skills

Attention to detail and a proactive approach

Previous H&S, logistics, warehouse or administrative experience is desirable

IOSH, NEBOSH or other H&S qualifications are advantageous but not essential
