We are partnering with a large, multi-site organisation to recruit a Senior Finance Lead.

This is a high-impact role for a commercially minded finance leader to take ownership of operational finance, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to drive performance, improve visibility of key metrics, and support strategic decision-making.

The role will suit someone who enjoys working at pace, influencing non-finance teams, and using financial insight to improve business outcomes.

\nKey Responsibilities\n
\n

\n
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance planning across multiple sites
\n
• Partner with senior operational stakeholders to drive efficiency and profitability
\n
• Provide clear financial insight, analysis, and decision support
\n
• Establish and track KPIs to improve performance visibility and accountability
\n
• Drive cost control and operational efficiency initiatives
\n
• Enhance reporting, processes, and systems to improve output and accuracy
\n
• Lead and develop a team aligned to operational finance delivery
\n

\nKey Requirements\n
\n

\n
• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
\n
• Proven experience in a senior operational or commercial finance role
\n
• Strong background in business partnering and performance management
\n
• Experience leading and developing finance teams
\n
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence at a senior level
\n
• Strong analytical and systems capability (ERP exposure essential)
