Your new company
\n We are looking for an experienced Groundsworker to join a construction or civils site in Plymouth. This role would suit someone practical, dependable and comfortable working across a range of groundwork duties. With this role, you will be required to lay porcelain tiles, so any experience in this will be a benefit.

  • General groundworks, digging, trenching and preparation works
  • \n
  • Assisting with drainage, kerbing, concreting and external works
  • \n
  • Using hand tools and small plant where appropriate
  • \n
  • Supporting machine operators and site trades
  • \n
  • Keeping work areas safe, tidy and organised
  • \n
  • Working to site drawings, instructions and safety standards
  • \n

What you'll need to succeed

  • Valid CSCS card
  • \n
  • Previous groundworks or civils experience
  • \n
  • Dumper, roller or additional plant tickets desirable but not essential
  • \n
  • Full PPE
  • \n
  • Good practical skills and a strong work ethic
  • \n
  • Reliable and available for work in Plymouth
  • \n
