\n An opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Project Manager to join a market leading business in North Manchester (outside city centre).
\n After a recent re-structure their is a senior role available to join the already growing operations department.
\n Benefits:
\n - Salary DOE £55k-£60k
\n - £6k Car/Car allowance
\n - Uncapped Bonus Structure (£7k-£15k OTE based on personal Growth Profit)

\n Responsibilities:
\n - Monitor and review tender documentation
\n - Hold a good knowledge on HVAC systems especially 3/4 pipe installations of Air Conditioning
\n - Ensure contracts are completed within timescales and budget
\n - Ensure works are carried out safely and that reasonable and practical measures are taken to maintain the safety of all involved
\n - Subcontractor procurement and management
\n - Financial management of contracts, variations etc.
\n - Manage competence and individual performance within the team
\n - Develop relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business
\n - Maintain company standards in terms of quality
\n Requirements:
\n - Minimum 5 years' experience in a contracting environment, 3 of which should be management level
\n - Air Conditioning related qualification would be desirable
\n - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from £200,000 up to £1,000,0000
\n - Knowledge of Mechanical systems design & install
\n - Good commercial understanding of M&E contracting working as both Principal and Sub Contractor
\n - Strong communications skills both internal and external
\n - Experience of working with sub-contractors and managing accordingly to ensure maximum results
