Concierge shifts include both day and night work.You will provide practical support, maintain a safe environment, respond to service user needs and help young people develop the skills needed to move towards greater independence.This is an excellent opportunity for people who are passionate about supporting young people and want flexible work with the potential for immediate starts.ABOUT YOUWe are looking for caring, reliable and resilient individuals who can communicate confidently with young people and maintain appropriate professional boundaries.Experience of working with young people, homelessness, supported accommodation, social care or similar services is desirable, but we will consider applicants with transferable experience and the right attitude.You must be able to work flexibly, follow safeguarding procedures, maintain accurate records and respond appropriately to challenging or unexpected situations.For Concierge roles, you must be comfortable working independently, including overnight shifts.Candidates should have a current, enhanced DBS certificate, if you do not hold a valid DBS Certificate, they must be willing to apply for one.We value diversity and are an equal opportunities employer, we encourage individuals of all backgrounds to apply.
