They are looking for a Finance Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. They are looking for someone to take on the transactional accounts duties but also support in the completion of the monthly management accounts.Duties will include:Process invoicesDeal with supplier queriesEnsure creditor balances are accurate including the monthly reconciliation of the creditor control accountEnsure posting of monthly client disbursementsPrepare weekly supplier payment for authorisationProcess bank transactions on a daily basis ensuring correct posting of receipts and payments to customer and supplier accounts respectivelyRaise invoices to clientsTo assist in chasing outstanding debtProcess month end journalsEnsure timesheets and expenses are approvedTo assist in undertaking month end checks, ensuring accurate financial dataTo support in the completion of the monthly management accountsSkills and ExperienceThe successful candidate will be at least level 3 AAT qualified with previous experience working in a similar role.
