This Brake Press Operator role offers the opportunity to work with modern CNC equipment in a fast-paced production environment.As a Brake Press Operator , you will be responsible for producing high-quality components, working to engineering drawings and tight tolerances, while maintaining high safety and quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Brake Press Operator looking for a stable, long-term position.Key Responsibilities:Set and operate CNC brake press machinery as a Brake Press OperatorInterpret technical drawings and manufacture components to specificationCarry out self-inspection to ensure quality standards are metMaintain excellent housekeeping and health & safety standardsWork as part of a team to achieve production targetsRequirements:Proven experience working as a Brake Press OperatorAbility to read and interpret engineering drawingsStrong attention to detail and quality controlExperience working with stainless and mild steelReliable and team-oriented approachShift Pattern:40 hours per week (permanent role)Rotating weekly shifts: Early: 5:45am 1:45pmLate: 2:15pm 10:15pmMonday to FridayPaid 30-minute break each dayImportant:Candidates must be able to travel to Dorking, as public transport does not support these shift timesBenefits:Profit Related Bonus Scheme (approx. 5% of basic salary)25 days holiday bank holidaysPersonal Pension Scheme 3.5% employee / 5.5% employer5% employee / 7.5% employerLife Assurance (5x basic salary from day one)This role may also be suitable for candidates with experience as a CNC Brake Press Operator, Press Brake Setter Operator, CNC Press Brake Setter, Brake Press Technician, Press Brake Programmer / Operator, CNC Sheet Metal Operator, Sheet Metal Fabricator (Brake Press), Brake Press Setter, CNC Operator (Brake Press), Metal Fabrication Operator, Production Operator Brake Press, CNC Folding Operator, or Press Brake Engineer.
