Multi-Skilled Maintenance OperativeBarker Ross is recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative to work within a prestigious corporate office environment in the City of London.This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and professional maintenance operative with a strong background in commercial facilities management.DutiesGeneral office and building maintenancePlanned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)Basic electrical fault finding and minor repairsBasic plumbing repairs and maintenanceReplacing lamps and light fittingsFire door inspectionsWeekly and monthly water flushingGeneral compliance checksBasic HVAC troubleshootingWorking safely at height using laddersGeneral fabric repairsManual handling dutiesMaintaining high health and safety standardsRequirementsPrevious experience as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative, Maintenance Technician or HandymanExperience working within commercial office environmentsBasic electrical knowledgeBasic plumbing experienceGood understanding of PPM schedulesKnowledge of building fabric maintenanceHVAC awarenessAbility to work independentlyExcellent communication skillsStrong Health & Safety awarenessWorking PatternMonday to Friday8:00am - 5:00pmOne-hour unpaid lunchAdditional cover may become available for the right candidate.If you have the relevant experience and are available to start on Monday 3rd August , apply today or contact George Lumor at Barker Ross for further information.Barker Ross Group values diversity and promotes equality.
