Benefits Specialist LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established company near Chandler that is seeking a Benefits Specialist to oversee the administration of comprehensive employee benefit programs for a workforce of several thousand employees.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced HR environment, has strong analytical skills, and enjoys providing exceptional employee support. This role is fully onsite, Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities
- Administer all employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA/HSA, 401(k), and voluntary benefits.
- Support benefits administration for a workforce of several thousand employees across multiple locations.
- Manage new hire enrollments, qualifying life events, open enrollment, and benefit terminations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefit questions, providing timely and accurate guidance.
- Partner with benefit vendors, insurance carriers, and internal HR teams to resolve eligibility and claims issues.
- Audit benefit data to ensure accuracy and compliance within the HRIS system.
- Process and reconcile benefit invoices while assisting with vendor billing discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state regulations, including ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, and ERISA.
- Assist with annual open enrollment planning, employee communications, and educational materials.
- Analyze benefit trends and recommend process improvements to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
- Maintain confidential employee information with the highest level of professionalism.
- Bachelor's degree required in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of benefits administration experience supporting comprehensive employee benefit programs.
- Experience administering benefits for large employee populations (several thousand employees preferred).
- Strong knowledge of ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, FMLA, and other benefits-related regulations.
- Experience working with HRIS systems and benefits administration platforms.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyze and reconcile data.
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
- Salary up to $95,000, depending on experience
- Monday-Friday schedule
