Key qualifications and experience desired:

• Capable of addressing varied needs including educational support, behavioral management, elopement issues, and providing one-on-one assistance
• Willing and able to assist with personal care tasks such as toileting and diapering
• High school diploma and current CPR certification (info on certification can be provided if needed)
• Must obtain/complete all necessary Pennsylvania clearances
• Reliable transportation for consistent onsite attendance
• Able to provide professional references confirming relevant experience
• Transparent communication, including disclosure of district placement as required
• Adaptable to urban educational environments
• Must be ready and able to interview via Zoom

Primary responsibilities:

• Serve as a steady support for students requiring both academic and behavioral assistance
• Deliver personalized, 1:1 intervention and care to help students succeed in the classroom
• Respond dynamically to changing needs and maintain a safe, structured learning environment
