Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair minor mechanical issues, including wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, air conditioning, and engine components.
  • Assist customers with roadside assistance services.
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks.
  • Lift and move over 75 pounds while working in confined spaces and varying temperatures.
  • Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction by adhering to organizational safety policies and procedures.
  • Work on a rotating schedule that includes both day and night shifts as required.
  • Obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation, with costs covered by the organization.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Physical capability to lift heavy objects and work in different environmental conditions.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
Working Conditions:

This position requires working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with a variety of customers and drivers. You will be expected to maintain a clean and safe workspace while providing excellent service.
