Our organization is currently looking for a full-time Physician - Neurologist, who is either board certified or board eligible, to enhance our growing clinical practice at the G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center in Jackson, MS. We are deeply committed to delivering exceptional medical care while honoring the service of America's Veterans.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of an MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
  • Completion of residency training leading to board certification.
  • An active, unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state or territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Must be board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
  • Three to five years of specialized experience in the field of Neurology.
  • Experience in an academic environment working with Neurology patients.
  • Proficiency in administering Botox treatments.
  • Ability to interpret neurology studies, including Electroencephalograms (EEG) and Electromyography (EMG).
  • Support the educational and research initiatives of our affiliated institution, the University of Mississippi Medical Center.
