Neurology Opportunity in Waterloo

• We are in search of a neurologist to join our clinic-based team.
• This position is part of a well-established practice that includes two neurologists and one neuro-hospitalist.
• The clinic operates on a shared call basis with nurse triage, meaning there is no hospital or emergency room call required.
• You will have the opportunity to manage a diverse range of neurological disorders in complex patients.
• Preference will be given to candidates who are trained in performing EMGs and interpreting EEGs.
• Our organization offers full specialty support along with established referral patterns and a solid patient base.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary of $329,109 guaranteed for two years, plus a production incentive.
• A signing bonus of $75,000.
• A longevity bonus of $25,000 after the second and third years.
• A relocation allowance of $15,000.
• Malpractice insurance and tail coverage provided by the employer.
• Health, dental, vision, and life insurance with shared premiums.
• Two retirement plans: a 403(b) with employer matching and a 457(b) savings plan.
• Short-term disability coverage paid by the employer, with an option to purchase long-term disability at a minimal cost.
• Up to 31 days of paid time off per year during the guarantee period.
