Make a meaningful impact as a Paraprofessional supporting students with significant behavioral needs in a dynamic school environment near Englewood, CO. This contract assignment runs from August 11 to May 21, 2027, and offers the opportunity to work within the Apollo Program, primarily at the middle school level, while remaining flexible for possible reassignment to different sites and age groups as needed.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Substantial experience with behavioral intervention, especially within school settings
• Previous experience working with significant or severe caseloads strongly preferred
• Flexibility to move between campuses and student age groups
• Commitment to professionalism and confidentiality in all student interactions
• Reliable personal transportation (public transport and ridesharing not accepted)
• Ability to promptly secure district fingerprint clearance following offer (candidates with any felony/misdemeanor charges will not be accepted)
• Availability to arrive on-site by 7:40am for elementary or 8:00am for middle/high school assignments
• Willingness to assist students with personal care needs, including toileting and diapering as necessary

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct behavioral and academic support to students, fostering an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere
• Collaborate with teachers and therapy staff to implement individualized strategies and behavior plans
• Utilize strong de-escalation and communication skills to support students with significant needs
• Maintain accurate daily records of student progress and interventions
• Adapt to varying assignments and school sites as requested by the program
