We're seeking an experienced LPN or RN for a contract assignment covering 8/24 through 9/28. Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current, active LPN or RN license required
- Previous experience in a school, pediatric, or 1:1 nursing environment strongly preferred
- Strong assessment skills and confidence managing medically fragile children
- Ability to communicate effectively with educators, students, and families
- Compassion, patience, and reliability are essential
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1:1 nursing care for a student with complex medical needs within the school setting
- Perform daily health monitoring, medication administration, and emergency interventions as needed
- Support classroom participation while ensuring student’s health and safety
- Maintain clear, accurate health records in compliance with school and nursing standards
- Collaborate closely with education professionals and family to best support the student's individual needs
