Location: Crawfordsville Medical Arts Campus, 1630 Lafayette Road, Crawfordsville, Indiana 47933

We are in search of a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine physician to become part of our expanding family medicine practice at Northside Family & Internal Medicine in Crawfordsville, Indiana. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Exceptional interpersonal skills and a desire to build strong relationships with both the community and existing medical staff are essential. The physician will collaborate effectively with fellow physicians and staff to ensure the highest standard of patient care.

• Practice Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

• Schedule: Flexible full-time; no weekends or holidays.

• Patient Volume: Average of 20-22 patients per day.

• Call Responsibilities: 1:6.

• Telehealth: Available.

• Common Diagnoses Treated:

  • Wellness visits for children and adults.

  • Back pain.

  • Endocrinology issues.

  • Hypertension.

  • Heart failure.

• Doctorate required.

• Physician License (DR) required upon hire.
