Location: Crawfordsville Medical Arts Campus, 1630 Lafayette Road, Crawfordsville, Indiana 47933
WHO WE ARE SEEKING:We are in search of a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine physician to become part of our expanding family medicine practice at Northside Family & Internal Medicine in Crawfordsville, Indiana. WHAT WE REQUIRE:The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Exceptional interpersonal skills and a desire to build strong relationships with both the community and existing medical staff are essential. The physician will collaborate effectively with fellow physicians and staff to ensure the highest standard of patient care.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:Practice Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Schedule: Flexible full-time; no weekends or holidays.
Patient Volume: Average of 20-22 patients per day.
Call Responsibilities: 1:6.
Telehealth: Available.

Wellness visits for children and adults.
Back pain.
Endocrinology issues.
Hypertension.
Heart failure.

QUALIFICATIONS:Doctorate required.
Physician License (DR) required upon hire.
Board Certification in the relevant specialty (or eligibility) required upon hire.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association required upon hire.
